Over so many decades, we have deviated from what is intended for our bodies. Our Wellness and Healthy Living has been ignored. As a result, the human race has many disease conditions that medical science fails to cure.

Wellness and healthy living —we coach using diet and nutrition to prevent and manage disease conditions with simple individualized methods.

We are in an era where medical care has become a trial and error. Many people in your families have become walking pharmacies with weekly and sometimes monthly refills needed to keep the body going. Our genetics are set to function a certain way, but introducing what is not made for our body causes internal chaos. The body indeed does its part to help us compensate, but after so many efforts, the body gives up. We carefully delved into food history throughout time and saw how humankind changed what we put into the body over centuries.
Unfortunately, while the landscape of what we constantly eat changes, our individual human body’s physiology and anatomy have not changed.

Don’t you think something has to give If we do not priortize our wellness and healthy living?

Getting into the history of Food, exploring science, our different cultures, geographical locations, and our history, be it family history, local or regional history, impacts our wellness and hence the multitude of health problems people face today. Our wellness and healthy living has become more central in our lives lately. Wellness and healthy living interpretation varies from person to person. An understanding of the individual makes it easy to understand and give optimum health and fitness tips for optimal results.

When you feel sick, you go to your doctor, who does all that is legally permissible for them to do in the 15-30 mins time slot given to you and sends you on your way, hoping you will be okay.
But 10-15 years later, you are still left filling the same medicine from your local pharmacy with additional ones added due to side effects derived from the initial ones.

Our strategy is to go as far back as two million years ago, which would illustrate the evolutionary journey that began in the garden of Eden, and get as close to that as possible with the hope of using Food and nature as our medicine as was originally intended to achieve optimum wellness and healthy living.
Our primordial ancestors lived off the earth and lived up to over 120 years with no doctors to see.
Compare that to the average lifespan of 60-65 years today. Our ultimate goal is to coach you to use food as your medicine using an individualized, easy, meaningful, high yield approach for you. your wellness and healthy living goal should top any of your other life goals as a sound healthy mind makes the best decisions.

We explore your local foods with you, incorporating your cultural and religious beliefs, and show you how to use them to your optimum advantage.

We understand that sometimes it is just impossible to get all we need from Food,  we incorporate in your care, use of  dietary supplements and vitamins.

It is important to understand every single person have their own genetic makeup  and as a result your care is individualized in your wellness and healthy living journey using mainly the right diet and nutrition. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
The same way members of the same family have different prescriptions according to their medical needs, we will tailor your dietary supplements to your individual needs instead of self-prescribing. When people self prescribe, they waste money and resources and may still not getting desired results. Essentially not improving anything in the body. As safe as vitamins and supplements may seem, improper use can be dangerous to your health. Dietary supplements cannot replace healthy eating habits, they cannot replace good diet and nutrition practices either. We will teach you how to provide adequate amounts of the essential nutrients you need to maintain or improve your general health.

We encourage taking advantage of the outdoors. A minor step you take every day grows to many miles, and you see improvements in your general well-being within days. The benefits of being outdoors cannot be bottled. Every step you take sends medicine in the form of endorphins to your brain. Every step you take every day is good for your mind, body, soul and most importantly your wellness and healthy living strategies. We show you how to incorporate different exercises to your specific situation into your daily routine. The benefits of exercise are just tremendous. I started in life as a chemist with a degree in chemistry. This part of my education set the tone for my life in general.
